Although the majority of success with Curie Metro High School Condor’s MCJROTC program lies with the cadets, the Marine Instructors are the individual who motivates them to be the best they can be.  1stSgt Westbrook and GySgt Small are responsible for the direction and daily operation of the program.  Each instructor has over 20 years of exemplary Marine Corps service.  These instructors both take a personal interest in all cadets to provide direction and to instill self-respect to the cadets of the program.  Whether through classroom instruction or other activities, the instructors always challenge the cadets to bring out their confidence and make it possible for them to become great leaders.
