All About Me!
Hello! I've been a social studies teacher at Curie for six years. I was raised in Albany Park on Chicago's Northwest Side by Guatemalan immigrant parents, and I'm also a proud product of the Chicago Public School system. Outside of school, you'll find me enjoying a cup of coffee, exploring new restaurants (except for seafood), and staying active by playing sports and exercising. Teaching is more than just a job to me—it's a way to give back to my community and support students with similar backgrounds, helping them build brighter futures.
